TJ1051

The TJ1051 is an integrated circuit for SMPS applications that require constant voltage and current models. The TJ1051 integrates a voltage reference, two operational amplifiers (red output – common collector), and a current sensing circuit. The voltage used with an op-amp makes it the best voltage controller, and the other lower voltage used with another op-amp makes it the best current limiter for the Urinate underside at the moment.

LM7660

HTC LM7660 is a monolithic CMOS power supply circuit with better performance than its predecessor. The LM7660 acts as a positive-negative converter to convert the supply from +1.5V to +10.0V, providing an additional output voltage of -1.5V to -10V. The pump and the charging bank only need two non-essential external capacitors. The LM7660 can also be connected to function as voltage and will generate output voltages up to +18.6V with a +10V input.

The LM384xA is a fixed frequency current type PWM controller. It is designed for offline and DC-DC converter applications with minimal external components. The TJ33120 is a high voltage LED driver with MOSFETs for LED chain control. The TJ33120 provides control and stability of the average current value in the LED circuit by varying the pulse current in the inductor at a constant time using the built-in MOSFET switch in PWM mode. The IC includes a high-voltage MOSFET switching tube with 400 V voltage resistance, voltage regulator, voltage regulator, closed-loop timer, an average current control circuit in the LED circuit, overheating and load short circuit. The TJ33120 is available with a DC input voltage of 20 V to 400 V or an AC input voltage of 85 V to 265  V.

The TJ9910A controls an external MOSFET with a switching frequency of up to 300 kHz. It can work many times with a single resistor. The output current can run from a few mA to 1.0A. The TJ9910A uses a very robust circuit design that can withstand an input voltage of up to 600V. The TJ9910A provides a low-frequency PWM dimming input that can accept external control with 0~100% duty and frequency up to a few kHz.
