Power Management ICs

Integrated circuits for managing power are known as power management integrated circuits (PMICs, power management ICs, or PMUs as a unit).
Although the term “PMIC” can apply to a wide variety of chips (or modules in system-on-a-chip devices), most of them contain several DC/DC converters or their control component. Power Management ICs reduce time to market and risk.
Sourcewell is an authorized distributor of Power Management ICs in India. All Power Management ICs are available in bulk quantity at the best prices here. We also provide sample support and immediate delivery of the products.
PMICs are frequently used in battery-powered gadgets like mobile phones and portable media players, Embedded MPU and MCU power, Gateways, Security and access control systems, and home appliances.

1. Comparators

Comparators offer a nearly perfect transition between the analog and digital domains, a comparator is an excellent circuit. A digital output from the comparator is either high or low depending on whether one input is above or below the other when it examines two linear input signals.
ICs: NE55, TJ339, LM339, TJ393, LM393.

2. Converter & Controller

While controller ICs use external power MOSFETs, converter ICs include an integrated power MOSFET. Both setups fall under the category of regulators because they control the output voltage. While controller ICs use external power MOSFETs, converter ICs include an integrated power MOSFET.
ICs: TJ1051, LM7660, TJ76660LM3842/3, TJ34063A, MC34063A/B, TJ33120, TJ9910A.

3. DC-DC Converter

High-frequency power conversion circuits known as DC-DC converters use inductors, transformers, and capacitors to reduce switching noise and produce regulated DC voltages. Even with fluctuating input voltages and output currents, closed feedback loops maintain constant voltage output.
ICs: LM1938, LM1501BG, LM1501AG, LM1501B, LM1501A, LM4576, LM2596HV, LM2596, LM2576HV, LM2575HV, LM2575.

4. DDR Memory Termination Regulator

Integral circuits called DDR termination regulators are used to control power flow through DDR transmission lines. They do this to quickly change the current so that the output termination voltage (VTT) is half of the supply voltage to conserve electricity (VDDQ).
ICs: TJ82034, TJ2242A, TJ2242, TJ2998.

5. Driver – Darlington Transistor Arrays

The Darlington transistor is a composite device made of two bipolar transistors coupled so that the second transistor amplifies the current produced by the first transistor even further.
ICs: ULN2803A, ULN2003A/4A.

6. Interface

Interconnecting electronic devices amongst one another is managed and controlled by integrated circuits (ICs), which are semiconductor chips.
ICs: DS1232, TJ3485, MAX485, MAX232, TJ232.

7. Operational Amplifiers

An integrated circuit (IC) known as an operational amplifier (op-amp) amplifies the voltage difference between two inputs. It can be set up to carry out mathematical operations, hence the name.
ICs: LM386, OP07, LM2902, TJ324, LM324, LM4558, LM2904, TJ358, LM358.

8. Voltage Reference

An accurate, temperature-compensated voltage source, a voltage reference IC offers certain output voltage values.
ICs: LD39150, TL432A/C, LPR431A/C, LM431A/C, LP431A/C, TJ431A/C, TL431A/C.

9. Voltage Regulators

Regardless of changes in the load conditions or input voltage, a voltage regulator is a circuit that generates and maintains a set output voltage. The voltages from a power source are maintained by voltage regulators (VRs) in a range that is compatible with the other electrical components.
ICs: LM5171, LM1937, TJ2998, TJ2134, TPS7A7002, TJ4330, TJ4320, TJ2132, TJ1801, TJ4310, TJ1119C/F, TJ5641, LM2C1117, LM8805, LM1108, TJ4303, TJ9198, LM39500/1/2, LM29300/1/2, LM39300/1/2, LM29150/1/2, LM2940, LM39100/1/2LM37102C, LM37100/1/2, TJ75XX, TJ62FPXX, TJ5205, LM2950G,LM2950/1, TJ75XXA, LM1084, LM1085, LM1086, LM117GS, LM1117, LM1117GSF, LM78MXX, LM371L, LM79LXX, TJ78L05, LM78LXX.
